Emily is The Women’s Accountant’s Practice Manager and a whiz at all things administration and account management, and the ultimate cheerleader for women in business. She also provides accounting and taxation support to our Senior Accountants, with a Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Business (Property & Marketing) to boot.
This mum of two has a background in customer service, and even ran her own wedding planning and event hire business. Fancy! So, you could say that she knows a thing or two about what it’s like to sit on the other side of the table, and brings a strong sense of compassion and determination to help her clients succeed.
A ‘Marie Kondo eat your heart out’ colour coder and fastidious organiser, Emily relishes being part of a team carving out a fresh, fabulous and no fuss approach to finance with The Women’s Accountant.

Meet Rhany Bowdler, our superstar new Marketing Manager & Office Administrator at The Women’s Accountant. Vibrant, driven, and oozing with creativity, Rhany is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Digital Media and Marketing. Taking care of all things media, marketing, and onboarding for our rapidly growing team, she is usually the first port of call for our fabulous clients.
Breathing life into our many kooky ideas at The Women’s Accountant, Rhany has a keen eye for aesthetics and an innate creativity that shines through every project she touches, just like her mama. Driven not only to excel in her field, but to uplift and support women in business along the way, we reckon she fits in just nicely around here.
