Once your foundations are strong, it’s time to build. The Expansion is one-on-one coaching for business owners ready to get even more from what they’ve already built. Across 3 or 6 month packages, we’ll work through your numbers, your forecasts, and the strategic decisions shaping your growth, pricing, profit, and personal wealth extraction.
Depending on what your business needs, your package might cover cash flow forecasting, profit and margin optimisation, tax strategy, pricing and service packaging, scenario planning for big decisions like hiring or expansion, quarterly profit reviews, and annual strategic planning. The 3 Month Expansion
This package is ideal for when you need guidance navigating a particular change in your business or have a specific, contained problem to solve.
