    What's Included

    The Blueprint is built with you over 2 x 2 hour virtual sessions or 1 x 5 hour in-person session with our very own founder Emma Bowdler, who’s built, scaled and sold four businesses, so she really knows her way around both sides of the books.

    You’ll leave fully equipped to work on your business, not just in it. A bespoke 12-month business plan on a page with built-in accountability mechanisms and battle-tested tools and advice to keep you on track.

    How It Works

    1. Discovery​

    We start with a session and detailed questionnaire so Emma understands your business, your goals, and the things keeping you up at night. This is where we get the full picture before we design the plan.

    2. The Intensive

    2 x 2 hour virtual sessions or 1 x 4 hour in-person session, covering:

    • Values, purpose and the goals driving the next chapter
    • Strategy, positioning, capability and a proper SWOT
    • The numbers and success measures (we are accountants, after all)
    • Monthly and quarterly action plans. What needs to happen, who’s doing it, and in what order

    3. Your Plan on a Page

    A clear business plan covering the next 12 months, with quarterly rhythms and step-by-step actions tied to your biggest goals.

    4. Resources That Get Used

    Delivered as a Google workbook that you can easily update as your business evolves. Built to live on your desktop, not in the bottom drawer.

    5. Optional: Ongoing Accountability

    Monthly or quarterly check-ins to track progress and keep the plan moving. Because strategy without follow-through is just a nice document.
